Q: Are you expensive?

A: No! We are running a business, so we are not free. But we are very cost effective. Our model is modular, meaning we scale the job to your desires and budget.

 

Q: Are there monthly fees?

A: No! Everything we recommend will work without a subscription. There are the occasional optional add-ons from the makers of some smart home products, but nothing from me will continue to attack your pocket book.

 

Q: Is it complicated to use?

A: No! I select systems designed to be friendly to the home owner. I will work with you and your family to ensure we find the right products and interfaces that work for you. I have my house set up in a way that my 4-year-old can do whatever he needs to operate the house (and also have limits for him, too). Training on your new products is included in every job. 

 

Q: Can you do more than smart home stuff?

A: Yes! Bodine Tech is a full service IT solution for your home (and even business, too). If you are having trouble with your printer, your home theater needs setting up, or if you just want personalized training on the use of your shinny new computer, we can do it all.

 

Q: Do you offer service where I live?

A: Yes! I can do consultations anywhere in the world. For installation, my home base is in the Phoenix metropolitan area. That includes the suburbs of Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and so on. If you live outside of my immediate area, I have a partner, HelloTech, which has service technicians in your area. I can do the consultation remotely and get you in-home support via HelloTech.
